Regional Champions – ALBUEQUERQUE, NM

Congratulations to our LAFC BU13 team for capping off a remarkable 2010/11 season.

After a resounding win in the CALSOUTH National Cup Series our boys were prepped and ready for
the challenge of winning a regional championship in Albuquerque NM – the highest level competition
in their age bracket nationally.

The boys wasted no time starting where they left off by taking their bracket as champions. With
great results in the knockout stages, they were faced with newly positioned #1 in the nation VSA
from Las Vegas. A comfortable 4-2 victory led the boys to their first ever Regional Championship and
reclamation of their #1 spot across the USA.

SURF CUP 2010 Champions – SAN DIEGO, CA

Surf cup is widely considered a tournament where only “The Best of the Best” are invited. To get the
invitation is a great accomplishment and to win the tournament 3 years in a row is unheard of. Our
boys had achieved that and went into this year’s tournament with a target on their back bigger than
ever…Could they 4-peat? ABSOLUTELY!!!!
